AI Pro Offers & Promotions

• Perplexity AI (Pro & Enterprise Usage Terms)
  • Usage Scope & Commercial Restrictions: Individual Pro subscriptions are licensed strictly for personal research, educational use, and non-commercial workflows. Commercial use, monetized business operations, and client deliverables on individual Pro plans are prohibited; commercial operations must migrate to Enterprise or API plans.
  • Automation & Extraction Prohibition: Scripted queries, scraping, mass data mining, automated data extraction, and building bots or production integrations on top of the Pro web interface without using the official API are strictly forbidden under the Perplexity Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Attribution & Disclosure: Any public-facing or external distribution of content generated using Pro search outputs requires clear AI attribution. Users may not quietly embed or misrepresent AI output as solely human-created work.
  • Enterprise Tier Protections: Enterprise Pro workspace data is governed by SOC 2 compliance standards. Customer inputs, uploaded files, and search queries within Enterprise accounts are kept confidential and are not used to train public foundation models without consent.
  • Prohibited High-Risk Uses: Usage is barred for academic dishonesty, automated legal/medical/financial advising without credentials, political campaigning, or real-money gambling.
• Google Gemini (Google AI Pro / Gemini Terms)
  • Personal License & Age Requirements: Paid personal tiers (Google AI Pro / AI Plus) grant a non-assignable, non-exclusive, personal license for individual usage. Users must be 18 years or older to access advanced Pro features like Gemini API keys or specialized tasks.
  • Data Privacy & Model Training: Individual consumer account interactions may be reviewed or used for model training under Google's standard privacy terms unless opted out. However, enterprise accounts (Gemini for Google Workspace) guarantee that customer data, prompts, and files remain private and are never used to train Google's models.
  • Automated Scraping & Policy Guidelines: Users must comply with the Gemini App Safety and Policy Guidelines and may not harvest or scrape data from grounded search results, cache or re-distribute groundings beyond authorized thresholds, nor use Gemini outputs to develop competing machine learning models.
  • High-Risk & Professional Disclaimer: Output is provided for informational purposes only. Usage in clinical medical practice, safety-critical systems, transportation control, or direct legal/financial advising without professional oversight is explicitly forbidden under the Google Terms of Service.
• OpenAI (ChatGPT Plus, Pro & Enterprise Terms)
  • Credential Sharing & Reselling Ban: Paid subscriptions (Plus, Pro, and Team) are assigned to individual users. Account credential sharing, selling seats, or reselling sub-access to the interface is strictly prohibited.
  • Automated Interface Abuse: Automated data extraction, web scraping, and interface automation outside of official OpenAI APIs are banned under the OpenAI Usage Policies. High-volume automated access requires dedicated API keys.
  • Ownership of Content: As between the user and OpenAI, the user retains ownership of all input prompts and generated output, provided the user complies with the terms outlined in the central OpenAI Legal Portal.
  • Data Privacy (Consumer vs. Business): Individual ChatGPT Plus/Pro accounts may have their content used to train OpenAI models by default (users can opt out in settings). Enterprise, Team, and Edu workspace data is strictly excluded from training by default.
  • Misrepresentation & Enforcement: Users are prohibited from misrepresenting AI outputs as human-generated or engaging in deceptive practices. OpenAI reserves the right to rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate automated extraction or usage rules.
